Each fortnight, Stephanie Darling gets inside the head of an industry expert or media personality. This week, she talks Kate Waterhouse. Kate is a children’s author, journalist and mother to daughters Sophia, 8, and Grace, 6. She’s also the founder of lifestyle and fashion website Kate Waterhouse.
“Less is more. I want to use a few products that really work,” says Kate.
What I’m loving right now I’m in my late 30s and I recently tried the non-invasive treatment Ultraformer III for lifting and tightening my face and neck. I really noticed an improvement in my fine lines and wrinkles.
Beauty icon My mum [racehorse trainer Gai Waterhouse]. She’s the one who taught me the importance of a good skin routine from a young age, and she still looks so beautiful. I also look to Sophia Loren; she is so glamorous. And when it comes to people I love to follow on Instagram for beauty tips and tricks, I can’t go past Chantelle Baker, Jade Kisnorbo, Michael Brown, Max May, Erin Parsons and Katie Jane Hughes.
The rule I live by Less is more. I want to use a few products that really work.
